2008 UPA Club Nationals: possibly NOT at Sarasota?

According to the UPA web page they accepted applications to host the 2008 UPA Club Championships. Maybe this is just a formality and it is like that every year, but it appears as if Sarasota might not host the 2008 Club Champs? The bid deadline was May 31st though...
